As a Creative Designer on Nordstrom’s brand loyalty team, I led design across digital and print touchpoints for The Nordy Club rewards program. My work spanned site, email, app, social media, direct mail, and in-store signage, translating campaign strategy into cohesive visual narratives across seasonal sales, category launches, and loyalty promotions.
I designed a loyalty offer landing page for The Nordy Club’s Holiday Bonus Points Week, integrating brand guidelines into a typographic system that clearly communicated point-earning tiers between members and cardmembers..
I adapted the typographic lockup to a vertical orientation for mobile, maintaining visual hierarchy and promotional clarity across screen sizes.
