As Sr. Visual Designer, I worked with my Creative Director to redesign the Starbucks Reserve subscription sign-up experience to drive program enrollment and improve the gifting flow. Using UX and visual design best practices, the checkout process was streamlined to reduce friction and make gifting fixed-length subscriptions easier and more intuitive.
I refined the subscription landing page across desktop, tablet, and mobile, communicating how the program works while driving sign-ups and gifting conversions.
I adapted the full landing page experience to mobile, maintaining the premium Starbucks Reserve aesthetic across a condensed layout.
I designed a streamlined checkout experience that balanced simplicity with brand expression, keeping the process fast and frictionless.
