As Sr. Visual Designer, I worked with my Creative Director to redesign the Starbucks Reserve subscription sign-up experience to drive program enrollment and improve the gifting flow. Using UX and visual design best practices, the checkout process was streamlined to reduce friction and make gifting fixed-length subscriptions easier and more intuitive.

I helped refine the landing page design for desktop, mobile and tablet devices.

The landing page helps visitors understand how the subscription works and allows them to gift a subscription or sign up for themselves.
